What makes the CAF Institute so unique?
The CAF Institute is unique because it offers athletes a very effective and scientifically proven path to the results they are looking for. We only prescribe exercises and training techniques that are grounded in sports science. This not only keeps our athletes safe and lowers their risk of injury, but also guides them to their goals the fastest route possible.
Why is the client space limited?
Our Sports Performance Specialists invest a tremendous amount of time into each and every exercise, set, and rep for our clients. We strongly believe that each of our clients deserves the utmost attention, and our primary objective is to strategize a way to our client’s athletic or fitness goal. Thus, in order to maintain the highest quality of care, we limited our client pool.
Why should I use the CAF Institute online training program?

How do I know which program length is right for me?
Program length should be determined by two main factors:
- Time available to commit to training
- And your individual training goal
Your commitment to training will be based on your availability. The training goal can be tricky. It is suggested that you discuss this with one of our Sports Performance Specialists. They will help you determine the ideal number of days per week that would be best for you to achieve your athletic or fitness goal.
What type of equipment will I need for the resistance training workouts?
Our Sports Performance Specialists will work with you to design workouts that include the equipment available to you. If you choose to workout at a local commercial gym, they will probably have all the equipment you will ever need. If you choose to workout at home or a hotel (for business trips, etc.), appropriate adjustments can be made to include the equipment and space is available.
How will I receive my customized training workouts?
All of the customized training workouts will be posted on the CAF Institute website. Once you have signed into the member’s only page using your username and password, a tab entitled ‘My Workouts’ at the top of the page will become available. Here you will have access to the all the questionnaires and your customized training workouts. A new workout will be posted each week after the phone consultation in the same location on the CAF Institute website.
How will I receive my CAF Institute Start-up Training Package?
A Start-up Training Package will be shipped to the address on your invoice, unless otherwise indicated, immediately after the purchase of your initial training package. Your first customized training workouts will be posted on the member’s only access page once the questionnaires and release forms have been submitted via fax or mail.
What information will I have on my customized training workout sheet?
The customized training workout sheet will contain everything you will need to successfully complete the workout each day. Each day on your workout sheet will clearly indicate the type of exercise, duration, frequency, length of rest, intensity, weight, pace, distance, number of reps, number of sets, special instructions, and pointers on technique. All of the exercises prescribed will have video demonstrations as well.
What should I do if I have a question or problem between our phone consultations?
One of our main priorities as a Sports Performance Specialists is to provide you will the support you need. That is why we provide 24 hour/7 day online support via email or messenger chat. Our Specialists will reply as fast as possible, if not minutes! We will also provide additional support if necessary.
How will I know if I’m doing the exercises correctly?
Every exercise prescribed to you will have a video demonstration associated with instructions about technique and position. You are welcome to watch these videos as many times as you need. In fact, we encourage all of our clients to watch the videos several times before beginning the workout. Even exercises you may be familiar with may require a slightly different technique.
How quickly can I start?
After the Start-up Training Package has been shipped out and the questionnaires and forms have been received, clients typically begin training 2-5 days from their initial contact.
