High-Performance Training Package

 

This is the ultimate road map to athletic success! Have all your training needs taken care of with this training package. Our certified and experienced sports performance specialists will design a personalized training program based on your individual athletic goals. This program package includes both a resistance training program (weight training program) and sport-specific training plan.

 

Your program is designed based on questionnaires, phone consultations, and periodic evaluations of anthropometric and physiologic adaptations experienced through our training programs. A sports performance specialist will analyze the information and continuously make adjustments to the workout to maximize your results.

 

To ensure the best results, it is recommended that athletes enroll in a minimum of 3-4 consecutive program packages. This package requires a time commitment of at least 3 days per week.

Platinum Runner’s Training Package

 

Take your running and conditioning to the next level. Allow one of our sports performance specialists design a personalized running program for you. Our specialists can build a fitness running plan, or a structured routine for a particular race. Whatever your goals are, we can help you get there.

 

Our Sports Performance Specialist will make necessary adjustments to the workouts on a regular basis to ensure that you are getting the most out of every workout, and making continuous improvements.

 

We can design running programs for both distance runners and sprinters. So whether you’re preparing for a marathon or the 100 meter dash, we will develop a program that suits your needs, and helps you achieve your goals!

Training Policies

 

·         To ensure your commitment, packages must be paid for in advance.

·         We require 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule a phone consultation; otherwise, you will be charged for the missed consultation. Phone consultations are expected to be rescheduled within the same week.

·         All training packages expire at the end of the contracted training period.

·         All purchases are final. No refunds for paid training packages or phone consultations.

·         We accept credit cards (payment in full only).
