Our Sports Performance Specialist will make necessary adjustments to the workouts on a regular basis to ensure that you are getting the most out of every workout, and making continuous improvements.
We can design running programs for both distance runners and sprinters. So whether you’re preparing for a marathon or the 100 meter dash, we will develop a program that suits your needs, and helps you achieve your goals!
To ensure the best results, it is recommended that athletes enroll in a minimum of 3-4 consecutive program packages. This package requires a commitment of at least 3 days per week.
